Recoil
The factory standard compact recoil spring is 17 Lb. So a heavier spring would be either an 18, 20 or 22 Lb. spring. The Wolff recoil spring that you need for a P-01 is a compact spring. The Wolff CZ compact recoil spring part number is 433XX. Just replace the XX with the spring weight that you want.

Natchezss
I recently bought eight (yes, 8!) ProMags and I couldn't be more pleased. www.natchezss.com has/had the ProMag designed for the .40 caliber CZ Compact on sale for less than $12 each. Mine hold 14 rounds of 9mm ammunition with absolutely no modification(s) whatsoever and they fit flush with the magazine well. I have no problem recommending the magazines.

Midwest Tactical
Midwest Tactical has been selling the Hi-Caps for the P-01 (really the Pro-Mag mags for the .40 CZ-75 Compact); his price is a little higher than Natchez, but he doesn't require a substantial minimum order, and often has them in stock for immediate delivery — Natchez is frequently OUT.

Sights
Trijicons seems to be the best.

Try to get Night Sights with a White Surround. This allows easier visibility during the day also.
